Job summary

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to lead the RSAF maintenance team on Tornado PE2 aircraft. You will coordinate complex engineering tasks, ensure compliance with MOE standards, and drive safe, on-time outputs through skilled supervision.

You will mentor technicians, prepare for audits, manage tool control, and liaise with internal departments to deliver high‑quality maintenance support under demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory capabilities demonstrated in engineering teams.
• Experience with RSAF or military aviation maintenance environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance data, MOE procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate scheduled aircraft maintenance activities.
• Ensure work complies with MOE and approved data.
• Provide daily progress updates and escalation when issues arise.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and ensure tool control is maintained.
• Support audits and maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety.
