Job summary

Riyadh Air seeks a Direct Entry Captain to lead Airbus A321 operations from the Riyadh hub, flying a mix of domestic and international sectors. You will set the tone for safety, professionalism, and service on every flight.

As PIC, you will mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, manage preflight planning and post-flight reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance and on-time performance. A strong safety record and decisive leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6,000 hours total flying time on multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft.
• At least 2,000 hours of recent command time on Airbus aircraft.
• Logged a minimum of 150 PIC hours within the last 12 months.
• Valid ICAO ATPL and an unrestricted Class 1 medical.
• ICAO English proficiency Level 5 or higher.
• Strong safety record and leadership qualities.

What you’ll bring
