The role emphasizes customer-facing training and tailoring content to meet client needs in a defense and security context. The ideal candidate has 1000+ flight hours, 2+ years of instructional experience, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 1000 hours total flying/operating time (simulated and/or live).
• Minimum of 2 years instructional experience.
• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training in UAV sensor operations.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain multimedia courseware packages.
• Provide customer-facing training and tailor content to customer needs.
