Lendo | ليندو is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to scale digital acquisition and automate demand generation. You will blend performance marketing with AI to improve the top of the funnel, manage paid campaigns, build AI-powered sales agents, and ensure high-quality leads reach Relationship Managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns and optimizing for lead quality and performance.
• Experience building AI agents or automated lead qualification workflows.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, conversational AI, and LLM APIs for sales/marketing journeys.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
• Proficient in GA4, GTM and major paid media platforms.
• Understanding of lead scoring, qualification journeys, CRM routing, and sales handoffs.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from campaigns and funnels.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI agents to engage inbound SME inquiries and capture qualification data.
• Own automation, integrations, retries, and logging to prevent lead drops during failures.
• Develop and tune lead scoring models using firmographic and behavioral signals.
• Route leads and enforce SLA; provide quarterly updates on scoring performance.
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
• Manage budget pacing, creative testing, and Arabic/English landing page conversions.
• Maintain UTM governance, GA4/GTM tracking, and data integrity for reports.
