Job summary

Systems Arabia in Riyadh seeks an experienced AI Technical Lead to drive the development and delivery of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions. You will shape technical strategy, mentor AI engineers, and ensure scalable, secure, production-ready implementations.

You will lead architecture reviews and collaborate with business, security, and data teams while overseeing cloud, CI/CD, and observability practices. Strong Python, LLMs, MLOps, and enterprise integration expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI, ML, or related domains.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML solution development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and enterprise application development.
• Experience delivering AI/Generative AI solutions from concept to production.
• Expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, NLP, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience developing AI Agents, workflow orchestration, memory management, and tool integration.
• Experience with LangChain, Microsoft AI Stack, Mastra AI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks (groundedness, hallucination detection, retrieval quality, task completion).
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise APIs and business applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containers, observability, security, and production support.
• Understanding of AI Governance, Responsible AI, LLMOps, and MLOps.
• Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, architecture/code reviews, and managing risks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business, application, data, security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI and Machine Learning solution development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and enterprise application development.
• Proven experience delivering AI and Generative AI solutions from concept and prototyping through production deployment.
• Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, Embeddings, and Vector Databases.
• Hands-on experience developing AI Agents, workflow orchestration, memory management, and tool integration.
• Experience with LangChain, Microsoft AI Stack, Mastra AI, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience withAzure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.

• Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions for Government, Public Sector, Banking, Tourism, or large enterprise organizations is preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated content in both Arabic and English is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure AI, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, or related domains will be considered an advantage.
