Job summary

MASTER-WORKS seeks an AI Business Analyst to bridge enterprise needs with AI implementations in Riyadh. On-site, full-time role focusing on elicitation, requirements documentation, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders, AI engineering teams, and QA throughout delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of business analysis experience in AI or digital transformation, strong communication, and proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of business analysis experience with AI, custom software development, or digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• Experience in requirements lifecycle management, gap analysis, risk management, and UAT execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead requirements-gathering workshops and interviews with stakeholders and leadership.
• Draft, review, and maintain BRDs, SRS, and functional/non-functional specs.
• Translate business goals into epics, use cases, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain RTM to track scope, dependencies, gaps, and changes.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Tech Leads, and Solution Architects on feasibility and integration needs.
• Define business rules, data requirements, KPIs, and success criteria for AI initiatives.
• Review UI/UX designs for alignment with requirements and coordinate with QA for test planning.
• Develop UAT plans and support clients during testing and sign-offs.
• Manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle including gap analysis and change management.
