Job summary

Nabeh, a subsidiary of Master Works, seeks an AI Business Analyst to bridge enterprise needs with AI implementations in Riyadh. You will lead requirements elicitation, translate client needs into actionable AI specifications, and ensure alignment between stakeholders, AI engineering teams, and QA throughout project delivery.

Key activities include drafting BRDs/SRS, translating goals into epics and user stories, and maintaining RTM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience, with direct exposure to AI, custom software development, or digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery frameworks.
• Working knowledge of software architecture, REST APIs, enterprise system integrations, data flow modeling, and database concepts.
• Experience in requirements lifecycle management, gap analysis, risk management, and UAT execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Professional fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead requirements-gathering workshops and interviews with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and executive leadership.
• Draft, review, and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), and functional and non-functional specifications.
• Translate business goals into epics, use cases, user stories, workflows, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to track scope, dependencies, gaps, and change requests.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Technical Leads, and Solution Architects to assess technical feasibility, model constraints, data availability, and system integration requirements.
• Define business rules, data requirements, expected model outputs, KPIs, and operational success criteria for AI initiatives, including accuracy thresholds, processing time, and ROI.
• Review UI/UX designs to ensure wireframes align with functional requirements, and coordinate with QA teams on test planning and scenario validation.
• Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, support clients during test execution, resolve requirement discrepancies, and obtain formal project sign-offs.
• Manage end-to-end requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including gap analysis, validation, and change management.
