You will deliver instruction for the 15R MOS Qualification Course including academic teaching, hands-on training, evaluations, and scheduling to ensure students meet proficiency and maintenance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Graduate of US Army 15R AH-64 Attack Helicopter Repairer course or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of AH-64E maintenance experience.
• Ability to develop syllabi and instruct 15R AH-64E candidates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of Army Aviation training concepts, administration, operations, and logistics.
• Proven ability to lead a team toward organizational goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Pro.

Job Description

Serves as the Aviation AH-64E Maintenance Instructor under the guidance of the Aviation Institute's Technical Department Training Manager. This role involves delivering instruction for the 15R MOS Qualification Course, including academic teaching, hands‑on performance training, evaluations, and developing course schedules to ensure students meet proficiency and maintenance standards. Additionally, responsible for maintaining accurate Student Training Records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Graduate of the US Army 15R AH-64 Attack Helicopter Repairer course or an equivalent military/civilian program.
• At least 6 years of maintenance experience as an AH-64E or a comparable airframe.
• Capable of developing syllabi and providing instruction to 15R AH-64E Helicopter Repairer candidates.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Army Aviation training concepts, administration, operations, and logistics.
• Proven ability to manage a team to achieve organizational goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; must be experienced in using Adobe Pro and other relevant programs and applications.

Medical Examination

Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record

To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing

Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
