Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate training, learning & development, or technology enablement.
• Proven experience delivering AI or digital transformation training.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify high-value use cases for AI agents.
• Build production-grade AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
• Train customer teams to independently build and maintain agents.
