Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in staff management, operational supervision, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow.
• Ensure readiness of reception, consultation, and treatment rooms.
• Monitor attendance and punctuality of staff.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules.
• Coordinate between medical, reception, accounting and admin teams.
• Supervise departmental performance and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain required documentation and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and waiting times.
• Oversee facility maintenance and safety equipment.
