Job summary

Confidential Government is seeking an experienced strategist to support the leadership in developing and implementing high-level strategic initiatives. The role involves preparing executive-level studies, summaries, and insights, and coordinating cross‑department projects to ensure alignment with objectives.

The position requires a minimum of 10 years in a related field and a Bachelor’s degree. The incumbent will monitor trends, improve processes, and engage with government and private entities

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing topics and tasks assigned by senior leadership.
• Prepare studies, executive summaries, and insights on strategic topics with recommendations.
• Participate in and support strategic initiatives and projects and oversee their implementation.
• Develop, review, and implement evaluations for strategic initiatives and assess impact.
• Keep abreast of trends and oversee continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Develop, review, and implement policy-related experiences and best practices.
• Prepare specialized documents and reports with recommendations and suitable solutions.
• Plan and conduct research and surveys requested by leadership.
• Provide specialized opinions, memoranda, reports and studies for advisory affairs of interest to leadership.
• Develop strategic relations strategy and plan of leadership and engage with government and private entities.
• Follow up on implementation of tasks and leadership decisions with internal and external parties.
• Comply with work controls and cybersecurity policies and procedures of the unit.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

• Assists in implementing the topics and tasks assigned to him/her by senior leadership, and provides high-level proposals regarding strategic initiatives.
• Prepares studies, executive summaries, and insights on strategic topics, and provides recommendations to leadership.
• Participates in and supports strategic initiatives and projects, and oversees their implementation. Plans, develops, and implements evaluations for strategic initiatives, assesses their impact in light of the defined objectives, analyzes deviations, and recommends a course of action.
• Keeps abreast of the latest trends in the field of specialization, identifies continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes, and oversees the implementation of these initiatives.
• Collects, studies, and analyzes experiences and practices related to policy development, and studies the possibility and feasibility of benefiting from and applying the appropriate ones.
• Analyzes the energy system and the extent to which internal and external factors affect the overall framework of work policies, presents them to the concerned parties, and prepares the policies in their final form.
• Prepares specialized documents and reports, provides appropriate recommendations and suitable solutions, and presents and explains them.
• Plans and conducts the research and surveys requested by leadership.
• Provides specialized opinions, memoranda, reports, and studies on various matters related to specialized advisory affairs that are of interest to leadership.
• Develops, reviews, and implements the strategic relations strategy and plan of leadership, and activates the relationship with government and private entities.
• Follows up on the implementation of tasks and leadership decisions with the concerned parties from within and outside the organization.
• Complies with work controls and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and procedures of the organizational unit.

Required Experience
