Overview

As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, secretaries, and office assistants
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the company
  • Manage office budget and ensure all expenses are within budget limits
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication within the company
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets, supplies, and equipment
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
  • Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to office operations
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by employees in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
