We are seeking a highly capable and experienced KSA Admin Manager to lead the end‑to‑end management of campus operations, facilities, and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the campus comprehensive operations.
- Supervise property Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service providers to maintain high standards of service delivery and ensure compliance with Saudi local regulations.
- Manage administrative services including office space planning, catering, landscaping, cleaning, vehicle operations, and event support.
- Ensure proper maintenance of utilities such as water, electricity, and solar power, as well as civil projects and fixed assets.
- Implement and monitor physical and information security measures, ensuring full compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, manage visitor reception, and handle government affairs interactions.
- Operate and maintain campus digital platforms and intelligent systems, including weak‑current technologies.
- Manage local service providers, negotiate contracts, control operational costs, and ensure compliance with service agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in administrative operations, office management, or business operations.
- Procurement or project management experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in Saudi Arabia with multinational or large enterprises is preferred, with knowledge of Saudi business culture.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Ariba, or similar systems.
- Strong multitasking, cross‑functional coordination, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced global environment, outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent budget management and cost control abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
