Job summary

Mnzil is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant in Riyadh to manage invoicing, payments, and collections. You will ensure invoices are accurate, match payments, and chase overdue balances to maintain cash flow.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 0–2 years of related experience, proficiency with Excel and ERP, and fluency in Arabic and English. The role supports VAT documentation (ZATCA) and month-end activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections or general accounting (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome)
• Good grasp of invoicing, collections and Saudi VAT basics
• Comfortable with Excel and at least one accounting or ERP system
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, follow-through mindset
• Fluent in Arabic and English

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices and credit notes in line with contract terms
• Record incoming payments and match them to the right invoices
• Follow up on overdue balances with clients and internal teams
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare aging reports, collection updates and short-term cash flow forecasts
• Support month-end close, VAT documentation (ZATCA) and audits
