Reef Holding in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Section Head to lead receivables, collections, reconciliations, and revenue controls across multi-channel retail and e-commerce.

The role requires oversight of high-volume transactions, aging analysis, settlement cycles, and month-end close, with a focus on process improvement and team leadership within a fast-growing group.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with supervisory background preferred.
• Experience in multi-channel retail or consumer businesses is desirable.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics).

Responsabilidades

• Lead AR activities across multi-channel channels (B2B, B2C, retail, online, wholesale).
• Manage collections, reconciliations, aging, and month-end close.
• Drive process improvements and automation in receivables and revenue controls.
• Provide leadership to AR team and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Reef Holding is a fast-growing Saudi group operating across fragrance, beauty, fashion, and retail, seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Section Head to lead receivables, collections, reconciliations, and revenue-related financial controls across a complex and diversified business environment. The role requires managing high transaction volumes, complex customer balances, payment collections, settlement cycles, aging, and month-end closing across B2B, B2C, retail stores, online sales, and wholesale channels.

Key responsibilities include leading all AR activities, multi-channel receivables management across payment gateways and marketplaces, customer account reconciliations, aging and credit control, month-end closing, process improvement and automation, and team leadership.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of relevant experience with supervisory background preferred, strong experience in multi-channel retail or consumer businesses, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
