Job summary

Confidentiel, based in Jeddah, seeks a Payments Accountant to manage and monitor company payments, ensuring accuracy and timely settlements with banks and suppliers. The role supports month-end closing and coordinates with Logistics, Procurement, and authorities to ensure compliant payments.

The candidate will handle customs payments, shipping-related settlements, and ensure proper supporting documents are obtained, contributing to smooth financial operations across the SSC/shared-service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting, or Finance Operations.
• Experience processing high-volume or time-sensitive payments is preferred.
• Experience dealing with banks, suppliers, Logistics, Procurement, and SSC/shared-service environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor company payments, ensuring timely execution per policies.
• Manage and coordinate customs-related payments to avoid delays.
• Process payments to shipping agents, SFDA, laboratories, and related entities with proper documents.
• Prepare and process reimbursements between designated company bank accounts.
