Job summary

PROVEN in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia seeks an Accountant to support day-to-day accounting, with focus on AR, AP, and general accounting. You will help maintain accurate financial records, process transactions timely, and assist finance in reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience with AR/AP and general accounting.
• Experience in Medical Equipment industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities including invoicing and collections.
• Handle Accounts Payable activities including invoice processing and supplier reconciliations.
• Support day-to-day general accounting operations and financial records.
• Process and record accounting transactions in a timely manner.
• Perform account reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Support financial reporting and documentation for audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams on accounting transactions and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
