Job summary

Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University is seeking an Assistant Accountant/ Cashier to support Financial Affairs. The role reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and requires accuracy in handling government expenses and petty cash processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree related to the position, 2–5 years of experience, and strong communication and IT skills to work in a collaborative academic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience directly related to duties.
• Previous experience in this field preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-based, collaborative setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Checking and recording government expenses.
• Clearing and reconciling government expense accounts.
• Prepares Employee Petty cash report.
• Processing Tuition fee refunds.
• Recording El-Ajou invoices (Rental charges of Canon machines).
• Performs other tasks for staff on leave and related duties.
