About the location

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. What You Will Do

• Lead pre‑opening activities including vendor account setup, payment processes, and accounting system implementation.
• Manage invoice processing, coding, and approvals to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Monitor vendor contracts, payment terms, and compliance with financial controls.
• Assist with monthly closings, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and local financial regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and vendor communications.
• Support audit preparation and respond to vendor queries professionally.
• Train, supervise, and support the accounts payable team after opening.

What You Bring

• Experience in accounts payable operations within luxury hospitality or similar industries, preferably in a pre‑opening environment.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and vendor payment processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
