Job summary

9round in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks including vendor invoices, expenses, bank reconciliations and VAT data preparation. The role requires a Saudi national with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and up to 3 years’ experience, with familiarity in Xero or ERP systems and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities include payroll entries, branch sales reconciliation, electronic archiving, and ensuring data accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Saudi national
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2–3 years experience in general accounting or fresh graduates accepted
• Knowledge of Xero or ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
• Familiarity with VAT basics in Saudi Arabia
• Proficiency in English reading and writing
• SOCPA membership
• Accuracy and ability to meet deadlines while keeping information confidential

Responsibilities

• Record vendor invoices and expenses and allocate to branches and cost centers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on unmatched transactions.
• Review petty cash and miscellaneous expenses with receipts.
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies.
• Electronically archive financial documents and link to accounting entries.
• Contribute to the preparation of VAT data and payroll entries.
• Reconcile branch sales with the accounting system.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
