Job summary

Worley invites applications for an Accountant Intern to support the finance team in its Saudi Arabian operations. The role provides exposure to accounting processes, data preparation, and reporting tasks under the guidance of the Finance Director.

Candidates should be pursuing or have completed an accounting bachelor’s degree and be on track to obtain or already hold the SOCPA certificate. On-the-job learning includes software tools and process improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting is required or in progress.
• SOCPA certificate completed or in progress as applicable.
• Developing skills in specific accounting software is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services that meet statutory specifications on time and within budget.
• Assist with preparation of detailed data, calculations, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with team and stakeholders, including customers.

Accountabilities:

• Deliver services that meet Worley 'its customers' and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
• Contribute to appropriate studies, analyses and recommend actions;
• Assist with the preparation of detailed data, calculations, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders, including the customer.
• Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance if required.

Qualifications:

• A recognized and relevant accounting bachelor degree.

Completed the requirements to obtain SOCPA certificate.

• Developing skills in specific software.
