Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• SOCPA certification required.
• Experience in general ledger, payroll and closing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record all daily financial transactions.
• Process and record receipts and payments on a daily basis.
• Record daily expenses and prepare payroll statements.
• Execute bank transfers and monitor banking operations.
• Prepare monthly accounting entries and closing entries.
• Maintain secure, organized, and accessible financial records.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all accounting entries.
• Conduct periodic reconciliations of customer, bank, and supplier balances to identify and resolve discrepancies.
