Mattex Group in Jeddah is actively seeking two Accountants to oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring timely vendor payments and customer collections while supporting accurate financial reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with Infor ERP proficiency and strong Excel skills. Confidential handling of financial information is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• ERP experience with Infor is required.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas.
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Process and verify vendor invoices and customer billing transactions
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations
• Ensure accurate GL coding and cost center allocation
• Process vendor payments and monitor customer collections
• Reconcile vendor and customer statements and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor AP and AR aging reports and follow up on overdue balances
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing activities
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and other departments to resolve payment and billing issues
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
