Job summary

EYAMCO GLOBAL MANPOWER COMPANY is seeking an accounting professional to reconcile daily cash, card and digital-wallet sales with POS reports and bank deposits. You will process supplier invoices, post journal entries in the ERP, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in a fast-paced environment.

The role also covers stock counts, VAT workings, audit support, and inventory variance reconciliation with floor teams, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and robust internal

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily cash, card and digital-wallet sales against POS reports and bank deposits
• Process supplier invoices, credit notes and payments; keep payables accurate and on schedule
• Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries in the ERP system
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing and management reports
• Participate in periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory variances with the floor teams
• Prepare VAT workings and support ZATCA filings as per Saudi regulations
• Monitor petty cash, store expenses and cash-office procedures
• Assist with internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
