Job Description
  • Manage client accounts from proposal to project delivery, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Coordinate proposals and projects with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Oversee event and exhibition delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client expectations are met.
  • Support account growth through client feedback, reporting, and repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, or related field with 5+ years’ experience in exhibitions/events account management
  • Experience in RFP and proposal coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills, able to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficient in project/event management tools, with strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
