Role Description

This is a remote, contract-based role for an Account Director based in Jeddah. The Account Director will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading teams, overseeing project execution, driving sales efforts, and ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities will include developing strategic communication plans, mentoring team members, and building strong partnerships with stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Account Management and a proven track record of client relationship management
  • Ability to work on a freelance or project basis with potential for full-time commitment in the future
  • Background in Financial Communications with the ability to support business development initiatives
  • Proven capabilities in Project Management to oversee end-to-end project delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English
  • Ability to work independently as part of a remote team
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; advanced education is advantageous
