Al-Qadsiah Club is seeking a Women’s Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach to lead the physical development of players aged 11 to 17 within the Women’s Academy, delivering high-quality programmes that build athletic qualities, support injury prevention, and promote long-term development.
You will work closely with coaching and medical staff to integrate strength and conditioning into the weekly plan, monitor progress, and help establish a high-performance culture across the academy.
