This position plays a critical role as a business partner to hiring managers, ensuring the attraction and acquisition of top-tier talent while strengthening our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to design and deliver tailored recruitment strategies for senior leadership and critical roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent pipelining to proactively build strong candidate networks.
  • Leverage industry insights, data, and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on workforce trends and recruitment outcomes.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand, EVP, and culture to attract top executive talent globally.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, diversity objectives, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in end-to-end executive search, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
  • Strong experience in candidate sourcing, market intelligence, and delivering high-quality shortlists.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to leverage talent insights for decision-making.
