Job summary

A leading automation solutions provider in Qatar is seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager to lead complex projects across Oil & Gas and Utilities sectors. The ideal candidate will have 12-14 years of related experience, strong project management abilities, and a background in PLCs and SCADA systems. Responsibilities include project oversight from design to handover, managing financial and client relations to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 12-14 years of experience in automation, hands-on with PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, SCADA.
• 4-5 years in project management for multi-discipline, high-value projects.
• Solid experience in commercial management and revenue realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects from feasibility to handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
• Monitor project KPIs and financial performance.
• Oversee design and commissioning of automation systems.
• Manage project financials and ensure revenue recognition.
• Act as primary client interface for project execution.
