Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming booking inquiries ensuring accurate input of details and maximizing occupancy across the Resort.
- Provide professional friendly and knowledgeable support to guests travel agents and corporate clients.
- Upsell room types packages and services while adhering to pricing strategies and set rates.
- Ensure all guest information preferences and booking details are correctly recorded in the Property Management System (PMS)
- Communicate guest requests and special requirements to Front Office Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams for seamless service.
- Keep up to date with reservation systems loyalty programs promotions and brand standards to enhance guest experiences.
