- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel during the night shift
- Assist with the check-in/check-out process for guests as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the night
- Provide excellent customer service at all times, handling any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
- Keep accurate records of all financial transactions during the night shift
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
