Administrative assistant vacancy in Lusail Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
  • Organize and schedule meetings, including booking conference rooms and arranging refreshments
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
  • Previous experience working in Qatar
