Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, compassionate, and quality nursing care to patients across various departments
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
• Follow strict infection control and patient safety protocols
• Educate patients and their families on treatments, medications, and post-care procedures
• Participate in ongoing training, audits, and performance evaluations

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution

Licensure:

• Valid nursing license from home country
• Eligible for licensure with the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP)

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience (relevant specialty experience preferred)
• Fresh graduates may be considered for assistant or junior roles, subject to availability

Skills:

• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Knowledge of hospital protocols and electronic medical records
• Ability to work in multicultural, high-pressure environments
• English proficiency is essential; Arabic is a plus

• Basic Monthly Salary: QAR 710,000 – QAR 13,000 (depending on experience and position)
• Type: Full-time government contract
• Working Hours: 48 hours/week (with rotational shifts including nights and weekends)
