Job summary

A leading training organization in Qatar is looking for a Learning Officer to manage training operations, support the learning strategy, and ensure effective training delivery. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of administrative experience in learning operations, along with strong analytical and communication skills. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of demonstrated administrative experience in Learning operations.
• Proven ability to record, collect, extract, and analyze data.
• Need someone focused only on Learning/Training aspects.

Responsibilities

• Support the organizations learning strategy and monitor outcomes.
• Manage the operational delivery of all training activities.
• Ensure coordination of schedules and logistics for training.

Skills

Administrative experience in Learning operations

Excellent MS Office

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Graphic design ability

Knowledge in MS Power BI

Analytical skills for evaluating learning activities

Oral and written communication skills
