Workshop Production Lead — Civil Construction

Job summary

AimGulf, based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Workshop Division. The role focuses on supervising day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

You will plan resources, monitor progress, supervise teams, interpret drawings and specifications, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining quality and HSE compliance. Full-time position in the workshop setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, plus 2 years relevant experience.
• 1 year GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workshop activities including formwork, concrete, masonry, logistics and procurement.
• Ensure daily production targets are met with quality, safety and engineering standards.
• Monitor workload and allocate tasks to craftsmen and workers based on skills.
• Review orders, drawings and specs; ensure correct interpretation by the site team.
• Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC and Maintenance for smooth production flow.
• Oversee tools, machines and equipment; report malfunctions for corrective action.
• Maintain progress records, time sheets and material usage.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE policies within the workshop.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching and performance feedback.
• Support continuous improvement in productivity, quality and safety.
