Job summary

AimGulf is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage civil construction projects, covering site supervision of civil, building, structural engineering and land surveying activities; role encompasses planning, estimation, scope definition and quality standards. You will lead construction teams and subcontractors, enforce safety regulations, review blueprints, monitor budgets, and collaborate with HSE initiatives.

The ideal candidate has degree in Civil Engineering and 5+ years’ experience, including

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
Experience in GCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

Inspect construction sites to identify safety hazards.
Supervise construction team and subcontractors.
Educate workers on safety regulations and protocols.
Enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents.
Handle site accidents per protocol and document incidents.
Maintain attendance records for construction staff.
Evaluate performance and implement disciplinary measures as needed.
Analyze blueprints to ensure compliance with design, safety, and budget requirements.
Support HSE initiatives and contribute to incident reporting.
