Job summary

Aertssen Machinery Services WLL in Al Khor, Qatar seeks a Workshop Administrator to manage maintenance documentation, spare parts inventory, and lifting equipment compliance. You will prepare regular reports and ensure accurate records across the workshop operations.

Responsibilities include organizing yard and boom section movements, coordinating with suppliers for parts, and maintaining safety standards while supporting the workshop team in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma required with relevant experience in workshop administration.
• Experience in mechanical/engineering settings preferred.
• Visa: Qatar Company Visa with NOC.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service history and parts consumption.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly workshop reports.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and maintain stock records.
• Organize and coordinate crane boom section movements in yard and ensure safety compliance.
