Job summary

Vistas Global is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator Water based in Qatar to oversee technical training programmes and manage schedules, records, and assessments. The role focuses on delivering vocational training initiatives efficiently while coordinating with trainers and trainees to ensure quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years in training coordination or administration, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development, Education, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or training administration.
• Experience coordinating technical or vocational training programmes is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of training administration, scheduling, trainee records, and programme coordination.
• Professional certification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Business Administration is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules and manage assessments for vocational training.
• Maintain trainee records and programme documentation and ensure accurate records.
• Support the delivery of vocational training initiatives and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with trainers, trainees, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless programme delivery.
• Support training administration while upholding quality and compliance standards.
