Job summary

Fusion Group Holding seeks an experienced Trainer Water to deliver technical training programs for water operations and engineering personnel in Doha. You will conduct classroom and practical sessions, coach trainees, and assess competencies to ensure certification readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred), a Train-the-Trainer certification, and at least 5 years of engineering experience with 1+ years in technical training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering field.
• TTT or equivalent training methodology certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, with at least 1 year in training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs for water operations and engineering personnel.
• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions using approved methodologies.
• Lead, coach, and mentor trainees throughout the learning process.
• Assess, evaluate, and certify trainees based on competency requirements.
• Plan training schedules, equipment, and resources for effective delivery.
• Maintain training facilities and instructional resources.
• Update training materials to reflect current standards and best practices.
• Continuously improve training methods to boost engagement and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, Risk Mgmt, and ISMS requirements.
• Maintain training records, assessments, and certification documentation.
