Job summary

ELEVUS ‑ PEOPLE & BUSINESS RESULTS, LDA is seeking an EV Warranty & Claims Specialist to manage warranty administration, claims processing, and manufacturer reimbursements for electric vehicles. You will ensure accurate claim submission and timely resolution while supporting service and customer satisfaction goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive warranty or aftersales, familiarity with EV brands (Tesla and Chinese manufacturers preferred), and proficiency with DMS, warranty portals,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in automotive engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive warranty administration or aftersales.
• Experience with EV brands, Tesla and Chinese manufacturers preferred.
• Strong understanding of warranty policies, repair procedures and service operations.
• Proficiency with dealer management systems, warranty portals and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate and process EV warranty claims per OEM policies.
• Prepare and submit warranty documentation, repair records and reports.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, parts dept and manufacturers.
• Monitor claim status, approvals, rejections and reimbursements.
• Investigate rejected claims and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain warranty records and ensure audit compliance.
• Analyze warranty trends and identify recurring issues.
• Provide guidance and training on warranty processes.
• Support customer inquiries on coverage and status.
• Generate periodic warranty performance and recovery reports.
