Job summary

Jaidah Motors & Trading Company in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Warranty Administrator to join its Automotive Aftersales team. You will manage warranty claims, review documentation, and coordinate with workshop and parts to ensure policy compliance and timely submissions.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s degree in automotive, mechanical engineering, or business, plus 2–4 years of warranty admin experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in automotive, mechanical engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar aftersales role.
• Experience with automotive dealership or authorized service center preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive warranty processes and manufacturer policies.
• Familiarity with repair procedures, parts, labor operations and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer automotive warranty claims accurately within required timelines.
• Review repair orders, job cards, and reports to ensure warranty eligibility.
• Verify warranty coverage and ensure repairs follow manufacturer policies.
• Submit claims to manufacturers and monitor status.
• Coordinate with service teams to address warranty issues and ensure compliance.
• Maintain complete warranty documentation for audits.
• Identify recurring claim issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Assist during manufacturer warranty audits and provide documentation.
• Monitor warranty claim aging and timely resolution.
• Prepare warranty-related reports for management.
