Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a waiter to deliver excellent guest service in our restaurant. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure accurate delivery of food and beverages with courteous service.

You will also monitor tables, assist with refills, process payments, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth operations. Prioritizing guest satisfaction and adherence to food safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Proficiency in taking orders accurately and entering them into the POS system.

The Waiter is responsible to provide excellent customer service to restaurant guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Monitor tables for additional needs, such as refilling drinks, clearing empty plates, and providing condiments or utensils.

Process guest payments, handle cash and credit card transactions, and present accurate bills or receipts.

Collaborate with other restaurant staff, including kitchen and bar personnel, to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including cleaning tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
