Job summary

Kempinski Hotels in Doha seeks a dedicated Butler (Female) to deliver personalized guest services within the Rooms Division and Front Office. You will ensure VIP guests receive courteous attention, assist with arrivals, and manage requests to uphold Kempinski standards and LQA guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Room Service for VIP amenities, escorting guests, and providing wake-up calls, packing/unpacking assistance, and problem resolution to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or guest services preferred.
• Knowledge of VIP guest protocols.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized services to guests to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay.
• Coordinate VIP fruit baskets with Room Service and replenish daily.
• Greet VIP guests on arrival and offer assistance outside their room.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain facilities and services.
• Coordinate luggage handling with Concierge for arrivals and departures.
• Assist with check-in/check-out as needed following Kempinski standards.
• Address guest requests politely and take appropriate action.
• Arrange wake-up calls and assist with packing, unpacking and laundry.
