Job summary

Sika Qatar seeks an experienced Vertical Market Manager for FFI-Sealing & Bonding to drive market growth. You will conduct market analysis, define target segments, and develop GTM strategies while building strategic customer relationships to support business unit goals.

Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives, optimize budgets, and report progress to senior leadership. A strong background in industrial or specialty chemicals and Arabic language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, or Polymer) or equivalent discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business software.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, able to prepare reports/presentations.
• Minimum 5+ years in vertical market management, business development, or strategic marketing in industrial or specialty chemicals.
• Proven track record in go-to-market strategies and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and market research capabilities with competitive landscape experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and industry research to identify trends, needs, and growth opportunities in the FFI-Sealing & Bonding vertical.
• Define target segments and develop competitive landscape assessments.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies for the vertical.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Implement multi-channel marketing initiatives to enhance presence and engagement.
• Optimize resource allocation and budget for marketing and sales initiatives.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership on results, performance metrics, and ROI.
• Foster collaboration across the vertical market team and business unit.
