Job summary

Milaha in Qatar seeks a Manager - Sales & Marketing to advise on leads, coordinate business development, and support sales strategies. The role focuses on interacting with clients, coordinating offers through estimation, and guiding staff on sales initiatives across shipyard services.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in OEM and services sales within marine markets, GCC/Middle East experience, and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marine, or mechanical fields.
• MBA preferred to support strategic growth and leadership.
• 4–6 years’ experience in OEM and services sales in marine sectors.
• GCC/Middle East experience preferred to navigate regional markets.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Oracle Applications.

Responsibilities

• Interact with assigned customers in Qatar and abroad to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue and market share.
• Visit major process industries, organisations and plants in Qatar.
• Coordinate quotations and close deals, converting them into sales revenue for Milaha.
• Develop tools and materials to collect market intelligence and support proposals.
