Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English (speaking & writing) is a must.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support directed by the Head of Turnaround Section.
• Maintain and manage the Turnaround Section correspondence log.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage administrative activities.
• Utilize SharePoint for document control and quality compliance.
