Job summary

Tandem Interim in Doha, Qatar is seeking a senior Transport Indicators & Benchmarking Lead for a 2-year onsite contract. You will head transport performance measurement, KPI framework development and international benchmarking across maritime, aviation and land transport.

The role requires deep experience with international indices (LSCI, CPPI, ASQ, ICAO E implement.) and strong quantitative analysis to deliver evidence-based recommendations to government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in transport indicators, performance management or sector benchmarking.
• Hands-on familiarity with international transport indices and benchmarking methodologies.
• Experience with transport ministries, authorities, operators or specialist consulting teams. Backgrounds across aviation, maritime, ports, rail, roads and wider transport infrastructure will be considered.
• Experience working with government stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Strong quantitative analysis and executive reporting skills.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.

We are supporting a client on a major transport-sector government programme in Doha. We are looking for a senior specialist to lead transport performance measurement, KPI framework development and international benchmarking across relevant transport modes.
