SYSTRA, a leading engineering and consultancy group in public transport, is seeking a Strategy and Performance expert in Doha, Qatar. You will assist in developing and monitoring the annual Business Plan, report on implementation across divisions, and provide recommendations to close gaps.

You will help assess opportunities, build business cases with market research and financial modelling, and prepare Senior Management presentations.

Formación

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting or 5 years in a strategy/corporate planning function within a leading organization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, execute and monitor annual Business and operational plans.
• Identify key opportunities and strategic issues impacting short- and long-term goals.
• Evaluate opportunities including market research, cost-benefit analysis and financial modelling.
• Keep abreast of transportation and mobility developments worldwide and identify future trends.
• Identify opportunities to institutionalize and improve strategic planning processes.
• Prepare Senior Management presentations.
