Qualifications

• 10+ years in stakeholder engagement, capacity building, change management or government relations.
• Experience delivering programs for transport ministries, government authorities or consultancies working in transport.
• Exposure to aviation, maritime, ports, rail, roads or wider transport infrastructure.
• A track record of designing and delivering training or knowledge-transfer programs.
• Confident working with senior government and regulatory stakeholders.
• Ability to relocate to or work from Doha; Arabic is a strong advantage.

We are partnering with a leading consultancy on a major transport-sector government program in Doha. They are looking for a senior Stakeholder Engagement & Capacity Building Lead to join the program team.

What we’re looking for
