Job summary

Burjline Builders in Doha is seeking an experienced Electrical Training Specialist to support capability development and training programs across our engineering teams. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field and at least 6 years in Learning & Development with a focus on electrical training, strong communication and project coordination skills.

You will design plans, create training materials, run workshops and evaluate outcomes to ensure technical excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years' relevant Learning & Development/training experience.
• Strong understanding of technical/electrical training requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination and training-development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify technical skills and competency gaps.
• Develop electrical/technical training plans and programs.
• Coordinate technical training activities and workshops.
• Develop training materials and competency-development content.
• Evaluate technical training effectiveness.
• Liaise with technical departments and training providers.
